Shoppes of Spring Hill
Four other developers tried developing this A+ highly visible site at the corner of US 19 and Spring Hill Drive in Spring Hill, FL.  The site sat 7' below road grade, had substantial issues that had to be resolved with SWFWMD and DEP.  The project is 10,880 sf with AT&T, GameStop, Mattress Firm and Sweet Frog Yogurt.  The site was developed in 2008.

Shoppes of Del Prado
Developed from a pad ready site in 2005/2006.  This 7,220 sf retail strip is in the heart of Cape Coral, FL in front of the Del Prado Mall.  Shadow anchors are Office Max and TJ Maxx.

Sawgrass Mills Chevron
Two (2) equity partners joined Gulfstream in a JV to acquire this site after a substantial due diligence involving hurricane damage during the review period, renegotiation of a complicated REA with Mills Corp., identification of an operator who was given an option to purchase the property after 13 months, which the operator elected to do so.  Closing with Chevron took place after Lease was executed with the operator.
