| | The Commons at BullStreet - Columbia, SC
Jason is currently leading the charge on the merchandising for the Commons. The Commons is part (34 acres) of the overall master planned 180 acre BullStreet project, formerly a state owned mental health facility. This 800,000+ square foot, $150M+ development will include 415,000 sf of best in class retail (most of which are new to the market / state), 170 high end hotel rooms, 75,000 sf of office and 225 multi-family units. The retail mix will be a blend of carefully curated entertainment, lifestyle and bridge tenants. Committed tenant names have not been disclosed at this time. The project will be significant on a national basis. Ground breaking will occur by the end of 2016 with an early 2018 grand opening. |

This challenging project bound to the West by the Everglades sits in a fast growing market bolstered by a strong residential base. The trade area offered the opportunity to cater to an underserved population for entertainment and soft goods retailers like: a Frank 10 screen theater, with Imax and 16 bowling lanes, Burt Rapoport's incredibly successful Burt and Max's Grille, Apiero, Soma, (Ann Taylor) Loft, Chico's, White House Black Market, Gymboree, Children's Place, Charming Charlie, It'Sugar, Carl's Patio and 35 other national and regional tenants. | |

As a joint venture between Forum Development Group and CBL Associates, Jason handled the pre-leasing of 240,000 sf of anchor space for Forum. The project opened in October, 2009 and has been incredibly successful. |
| Legacy Place - Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Pre-leased anchor space for The Sembler Company. The project opened in 2005 as a hybrid project consisting of power, grocery (Publix's 2nd Greenwise organic store) and lifestyle center components. Additionally, Jason was involved in the pre-leasing for the landowner (Catalfumo) as well as ORIX, who fell out of contract due to Jacobson's Department Stores' bankruptcy. | |

Lifestyle Center in the heart of Florida's space coast. This is an intercept site between 2 dated malls. Jason was approached by Matthew Development and the Viera Company to handle the pre-leasing of the project and eventually helped bring Cousins Properties to the market to negotiate a joint venture. Cousins Properties retained Jason to assist with the completion of pre-leasing. |
| The Forum On Peachtree Parkway - Norcross, GA
480,000 sf of lifestyle retail and office in Atlanta's affluent Peachtree Corners submarket. Jason was involved in pre-leasing the project from 1998 to 2001 before moving to South Florida. The Forum openend in 2002 and has been extremely successful. In 2005, Jason was asked to complete the leasing in Phase 2 and fill an empty bay. These tenants included: Banana Republic, Trader Joe's, Jos A. Bank, Merrell Shoes (first in Southeast), and Limetree. | |

The Forum Collection at Prospect Park, renamed Avalon - 88 acres of retail (500,000 sf luxury), 2 hotels, office and residential in Alpharetta, GA
The Shoppes of Lake Andrew - Viera, FL - 160,000 sf power center, handled pre-leasing for Matthew Development, from start took 9 months to get enough leases to commence construction, opened inside of 18 months of starting to market.
The Shops of Savannah River Landing - Savannah, GA- 54 acres of vertical hotel, retail (ground floor), office, residential - Jason identified this as a viable development site for Forum Development Group, and delivered the first executed Lease with P.F. Chang's China Bistro.
