Jason has worked with Toys R Us, Media Play (acquired by Best Buy), Sears, Darden Restaurants and others to dispose of excess properties through subleasing, sales and assignment of Leases.

Tenant Representation played a large part in Jason's early career. Havng represented tenants like: Pearle Vision, Media Play, Qdoba, Yum Brands, McAlister's Deli, and Coldwater Creek (single assignment in South Florida).
Also, Jason handled a 6 store roll out in Atlanta, GA for Simmons Company (Simmons Better Sleep) in A+ regional sites.
On behalf of the Sembler Company, Jason worked with another broker to put 17 high profile corner locations under contract for Eckerd Drug in Knoxville, TN. Though they ultimately didn't pull the trigger on the market at that time, it was a very involved process with multple parcel assemblages in most instances. Several Eckerd transactions did close in Georgia that Jason was the lead broker on.
