Jason Samreny is the sole Principal for Gulfstream Development Group, a company formed to develop retail centers and seize upon other commercial real estate investment opportunities. 

Jason has focused his efforts primarily in the Southeast, but has worked in markets throughout the country including: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.
